Tie dye is back. Yes, it is back ladies. Most of us know tie dye as a casual trend to be worn with jeans and shorts, but it can also be dressed up. Wear it on a t-shirt with jeans for your casual look, then wear it as a pattern on a Maxi dress and go out to dinner. You’ll see tie dye on leggings, t-shirts, skirts, hats, jeans, button down shirts and shorts. Pick what works for you and add a little tie dye into your summer wardrobe.
There are days when we don’t feel like styling our hair. Whether it’s a timing thing or a bad hair day, we need an alternative. But sometimes it has nothing to do with timing or whether our hair is display ready.
Because there are so many pretty scarves and head wraps available, it’s nice to wear one “just because” as a fashion statement. You can learn how to tie a scarf for that fashion forward look or purchase a head wraps that is already tied for you and all you have to do is put it on.

In honor of the highly popular movie Black Panther, I thought I would feature some African Fashion today. Before the movie came out African Fashion was very popular, but now it is even more so. You’ll see the patterns and styles on stars and on the streets alike. You don’t have to wear the pattern head to toe, but if you’re comfortable,then go for it.
The colors of the African prints are so vibrant and strong. They’re not the type of prints to wear if you don’t want to be seen. Also, you don’t have to be African American to wear them. Anyone can. Just don’t go full on head to toe with it, because we may think you’re trying to be funny or mocking the African culture.
